Trade Shows tend to sneak right up behind you and your staff, even if you think you are completely prepared and ready to go.  At the last minute, things seem to pop up that you never imagined would be a problem.  That is why using a trade shows checklist in the final days of your event preparation can really help to make sure that all last minute details are taken care of with ease and responsibility.  This checklist can help you save time and energy in order to focus on the main priorities of your event, which is to make sure that all of your event objectives are being met.

Remember to review your objectives and sales plan so that everyone knows exactly what goals have been set for your trade shows, and why they should be paid strong attention to.  It is also a good idea to gather your trade show exhibiting staff together for a meeting where you can answer any last minute questions, and go over the schedule of the show.  It is also a good idea to contact your event sponsor to make sure that all of your trade show exhibiting, materials have arrived, and also to make sure you understand what location you need to pick them up at, and also where you need to return the materials after the show is over.

Lastly, review your post-event plan for follow-ups, etc. and make sure that your exhibiting staff is well prepared and confident to do a good job.  If everyone is on the same page and has the same understanding of what needs to be done, hopefully the event will run smoothly and you will have  success at all the trade shows you attend.
